Spring Peas and Pasta

Ingredients
2 c uncooked elbow pasta
1 1⁄2 c frozen peas
1 1⁄2 c frozen carrots
1⁄2 c mayonnaise
1⁄3 c pesto
2 chopped green onions
2 t lemon juice
1 t salt
Instructions
  1. Cook noodles
  2. Add vegitables and cook for 3 mins
  3. Rinse in cold water
  4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  5. Cool for 2 hours
